Day of Reflection: Mary, My Mother

We know that Mary is the Mother of Jesus, but do you see Mary as your mother?

We know that Jesus desires that we turn to His Mother since He gave her to us on the cross:

When Jesus saw his mother and the disciple there whom he loved, he said to his mother, “Woman, behold, your son.” Then he said to the disciple, “Behold, your mother.” And from that hour the disciple took her into his home.

–John 19:26-27

Do you turn to her as does a child who reaches out to their mother when in need of comfort? Do you tell her of your joys, your triumphs, and your sorrows?

Join us for this day of reflection, as we invite Mary into our hearts and allow her to show us what it means to have a mother who so dearly loves us.

When: Saturday, September 16th, 2023 | 9:30 AM – 3 PM
Where: Home of Laura & John Durant (Leander, Texas)

• This is an in-person event and is held in a residential setting.
• This Day of Reflection will include a short talk, silent meditation, group sharing, craft time, and the rosary. Lunch and snacks will also be provided.
• The cost of the event is Free. Financial contributions are appreciated to help pay for food and materials for the event.
