Jesus, I know Your desire is that I rest in Your Heart always, so all I need is to keep my eyes on You and You will lead me there.
Jesus,
You know my greatest fear, and have given me the peace that surpasses all understanding to know there is life after I leave this world. And so this greatest fear I’ve had my whole life – the fear of death – You have begun to heal.
I know Your desire is that I rest in Your Heart always, so all I need is to keep my eyes on You and You will lead me there.
There is nothing this world can throw at me You will not protect me from, for Your desire to spend forever with me is greater than I’ll ever know.
Whatever is necessary for me to spend forever with You, let it be, for my only desire is to love You with all my heart.
I know whatever suffering in this life I must experience will never come close to the joy and peace I will experience when I forever rest in Your Heart.
Let my soul proclaim Your glory in each moment of my life. Let my voice sing Your praises. Let my heart beat only with Your love.
Thank You for continuing to gently heal my greatest fear.
Thank You for Your peace that sustains me in great suffering, trials and crosses that come from surrendering all to You. It is in Your love that these sufferings, trials, and crosses become sweet and a joyful offering of myself to You, my Savior, my King, My God.
