In Your Heart, my anger is extinguished. For anger has no place there.
It is only in Your Heart my wounds are healed, my hurt and resentment are replaced with compassion — even for those that hurt me and others.
In Your Heart, I learn to forgive. In Your Heart, I come to understand only You can judge a heart, only You can see completely into a soul, cleanse its impurities and renew in it a spirit of love, truth and light.
In Your Heart, I learn to hand over all to You and allow You to direct all my ways, all my thoughts, every beat of my heart.
You are the answer to all that ails me, to all the suffering in the world. The answer is You. And You are Love. You are Healing. You are Mercy. You are Peace. True Healing comes through surrendering all to You.
