Jesus, I place my heart in Yours, knowing it is there I will find rest this night.

I am weak from this day that has run its course. I sigh a deep breath as I lay my head down tonight.
I place my heart in Yours, knowing it is there I will find rest this night.
You embrace me with Your gentle Love and Your Mercy rains down from heaven into my soul — where You reside waiting for me to seek You.
You show me where You have been with me throughout the day, where You have carried me, walked by side, where You picked me up.
You were always with me. I was never a moment without Your eyes watching over me. My guardian angel never left my side. Mary led me to turn to You each moment I began to doubt — and You met me where I was, You renewed my spirit, You gave me the strength to carry on.
I turn to You again now, and offer to You my whole self and the rest of my life. Refresh my weary soul tonight, so I may be renewed to spread Your Love tomorrow and for all my days to come.
Amen, Jesus. May Your Love consume me tonight, so I may overflow with Your Joy tomorrow!
