Jesus, I walk in Your light, even when the darkness of the world surrounds me. It is Your Love that lights the way.
My dear Jesus,
All I desire is to do Your will.
Tear apart the chains which bind me to my fears and anxiety! Leave me to my misery no more!
What once was my life – a life partly lived for myself and partly seeking You – is one which I now despise! I see in living this way, I only loved myself and denied You, my Savior, my God.
My heart is Yours, Jesus. I trust in You, and Your ability to make the impossible possible, to give me all I need, to supply for all my temporal needs, in order that I may do Your will wholly and completely.
I trust in You so much, Jesus, that even if You asked me to walk into a den of lions, I would do so unafraid. You have given me the courage to proclaim Your truth even with the knowledge I may be condemned, rejected, and humiliated, even if everyone around me thinks I am a fool – so be it! For my love for You is greater than any rejection, humiliation, condemnation, or persecution I may suffer.
I no longer live in fear of what I cannot see in front of me, for I know You will lead me in Your peace to the safety and security of Your Heart! No evil will come upon me, because in Your Heart I am protected and forever loved by the Savior of the world, my King, my God.
I walk in Your light, even when the darkness of the world surrounds me. It is Your love that lights the way.
I surrender all to You, so You can give me all I will ever need.
